Vascular Surgery

Vascular Surgery focuses on the care of patients with vascular problems including carotid artery surgery for the prevention of stroke, aortic aneurysms, bypass surgery to save limbs and treatment of vein conditions.

At St. Anthony's Hospital Houston, our collective goal is to minimize intervention.  However, when it becomes necessary we coordinate a comprehensive network of specialty resources to ensure that complex vascular issues are managed safely and efficiently. This multi-disciplinary approach enables us to provide accurate diagnosis, select and effectively employ the most appropriate treatment, and employ careful follow up to maximize the outcome. Our research arm continually investigates new and better techniques for the diagnosis and treatment of vascular disease.
