INSURANCE & BILLING

St. Anthony's Hospital Houston and its physicians accept a wide range of insurance plans, including, but not limited to:

• Blue Cross/Blue Shield
• Blue Choice
• HMO Blue
• Medicare
• Medicaid
• Several private payers

However, insurance plans and payment programs vary widely, please check with your individual policy or carrier to determine your coverage. Also, check with your physician’s office to determine which plans they accept for physician services, and what payment arrangements are available.
